The Elephant Treasury and use cases built around it act as a large/active market participant. It is aimed to absorb the circulating supply of ELEPHANT through minting activity and reflection rewards received from incoming trading volume. This differentiates it from the passive Elephant Graveyard which also protects the price of ELEPHANT. The Elephant Treasury also receives passive reflection rewards which ensures it is able to earn income to buy TRUNK and also add liquidity to the TRUNK/BUSD LP pair. As the Elephant treasury grows through minting, the inflows of the redemption pool will exceed the outflows allowing the system to operate in a steady state.
